Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Travaff.com (“Travaff,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we want our billing, trial, refund, and cancellation terms to be clear and fair.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies only to products sold directly by Travaff through the official checkout process operated by Freemius.

At the time of writing, Travaff offers:

  • Annual$79/year for 1 site
  • Lifetime$199 one-time for 1 site

Plans, pricing, and features may be updated from time to time. Any such changes will apply prospectively. For existing recurring subscriptions, any pricing change will apply no earlier than a future renewal term, subject to any notice required by the checkout provider or applicable law.

1. 7-Day Free Trial

Eligible plans may include a 7-day free trial.

A valid payment method may be required to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. However, unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial may automatically convert into a paid subscription and your payment method may be charged according to the checkout terms shown at the time of signup.

Any reminder email sent before the end of the trial is provided as a courtesy only. It remains your responsibility to cancel before the trial expires if you do not wish to continue.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Travaff offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for eligible direct purchases made through our official checkout.

If, during the applicable 7-day refund period, you experience a bug or technical issue that makes the product unusable for its intended purpose, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a full refund.

For purchases made through a paid trial, the applicable refund period will be measured from the start of the trial or purchase flow, as applicable under the checkout terms.

3. Situations That Are Generally Not Eligible for a Refund

Except where required by applicable law, refunds are generally not available for:

  • change-of-mind requests;
  • no longer needing the product;
  • discovering a different or preferred alternative;
  • requests based on features that were not advertised as included at the time of purchase;
  • third-party conflicts, unsupported environments, custom code, themes, plugins, hosting setups, or external services, unless the issue makes the product unusable and we are unable to resolve it;
  • failure to cancel before the end of a free trial;
  • failure to cancel before a renewal payment is processed;
  • renewal payments;
  • upgrades, plan changes, or other non-initial purchase adjustments, unless required by law;
  • third-party products or services promoted through affiliate links.

4. How to Request a Refund

Please include, where possible:

  • the email address used for the purchase,
  • your order or invoice details,
  • the plan purchased,
  • a short description of the issue,
  • and any relevant screenshots or steps to reproduce the problem.

We may first attempt to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. If the issue falls within this policy and cannot be resolved, we will process the eligible refund accordingly.

5. Annual Plan Cancellation

The Annual plan is a recurring subscription unless otherwise stated at checkout.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date.

If you cancel before renewal:

  • your subscription will usually remain active until the end of the current billing period; and
  • you will not be charged for the next renewal term.

Cancellation does not automatically create a refund entitlement unless the request independently qualifies under this Refund Policy or is otherwise required by law.

6. Lifetime Plan

The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase for 1 site and does not renew automatically.

Because it is not a recurring subscription, there is no future renewal to cancel. However, the original purchase may still be eligible for a refund under the conditions of this policy.

7. Third-Party and Affiliate Products

Travaff may recommend third-party products or services through affiliate links.

If you purchase a third-party product or service through one of those links, Travaff is not the seller, merchant of record, or billing manager for that transaction. Any refund, cancellation, subscription, or billing request relating to a third-party product must be handled directly with the relevant third-party provider under their own policies.
